1.0.1 This regulation is formulated to standardize the design, construction and acceptance of the HL composite external formwork cast-in-place concrete insulation system, to achieve technological advancement, economical rationality, safety and applicability, and to ensure project quality. 1.0.2 This regulation is applicable to cast-in-place concrete insulation projects in newly built, renovated and expanded civil and industrial buildings in areas with seismic fortification intensity of 8 degrees and below. 1.0.3 The design, construction and acceptance of the HL composite external formwork cast-in-situ concrete insulation system should not only comply with the provisions of this regulation, but also comply with the provisions of the relevant national and provincial standards.
