Scope
The following terms and definitions apply to this document. Sichuan Red Bud Tea: Made from the first buds and leaves of the tea tree in Sichuan Province and single buds, it is processed through withering, rolling, fermentation, drying, aroma enhancement and other processes. It has the appearance of gold and long-lasting sweet fragrance. Red bud tea characterized by its fresh, sweet and mellow taste. Product classification and physical standard samples Product classification levels are divided into special grade and first grade according to the raw material grade and sensory quality of the product. Physical Standard Sample Physical standard sample refers to the physical tea sample of tea products, and the sample is replaced every three years. The preparation of physical standard samples shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T18795. The requirements include: fresh leaf raw material requirements, sensory quality, physical and chemical indicators, food quality and safety indicators, net content, etc.
