- This regulation is applicable to the design, construction, quality inspection and acceptance of prestressed concrete hollow square piles in construction projects, and is applicable to low-capacity foundation piles for industrial and civil buildings and structures in areas with seismic fortification intensity of 8 degrees and below. The use of prestressed concrete hollow square piles in railways, highways, ports, docks, water conservancy and other projects should comply with the relevant national standards.
