This document stipulates service capability requirements for enterprises with the following needs: a) Need to demonstrate their ability to provide data center infrastructure maintenance services that stably meet customer and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. b) Aiming to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including the process of continuous improvement of the system and ensuring compliance with customer and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
