- This document specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage and quality commitments of small electric plush toy movements (hereinafter referred to as "toy movements"). This document applies to movements with an overall size of no more than 300 mm × 150 mm × 300 mm and a power of no less than 1.5 W for electric plush toys.
