Scope
This standard specifies the protection scope, origin environment, dry pepper processing, planting technology, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of the geographical indication product Dongxi Seven Sisters pepper. This standard applies to Dongxi Seven Sisters peppers approved and protected by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
