This document stipulates the responsibilities of the supervisory unit, the supervisee unit and the client of the precast concrete tower of the wind turbine unit, the requirements for segment prefabrication production, splicing, hoisting, prestress inspection and acceptance, as well as relevant information on the supervision process. This document is applicable to the manufacturing, installation and acceptance of concrete towers for grid-connected wind turbines.
