This document stipulates the construction principles, testing capability requirements, user categories, overall architecture and construction requirements of the mobile intelligent clinical testing platform (hereinafter referred to as the "platform"). This document is applicable to the construction planning and management of mobile intelligent clinical testing platforms for national basic public health service projects, and other laboratory construction can also be used as a reference.
