This document specifies the testing items and testing methods of high-precision three-dimensional probes used in gear measurement centers. This document is suitable for the detection of high-precision three-dimensional probes with a measurement range within ±1mm. Three-dimensional probes with other measurement ranges can be implemented as a reference.
