This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage for Pseudomonas aeruginosa detection systems in drinking water. This standard is applicable to systems (hereinafter referred to as detection systems) that use kits (packages) to detect Pseudomonas aeruginosa in drinking water based on the principle of redox indicator chromogenic method. Drinking water in this standard only includes packaged drinking water and drinking natural mineral water.
