This document specifies the product classification, technical requirements, inspection rules, markings, packaging, storage and use of solvent-free silicone rubber anti-fouling flashover coatings for insulators. This document is applicable to solvent-free silicone rubber anti-fouling flashover coatings used in insulators of power transmission and transformation equipment such as AC and DC overhead power lines, power plants, substations and converter stations. This document is applicable to the dip coating, shower coating, spraying and brushing processes of solvent-free silicone rubber anti-fouling flash coating. Among them, medium-temperature curing solvent-free anti-pollution flashover coating is only used for compounding in insulator factories.
