Scope

This standard specifies the diagnosis and differential diagnosis, syndrome differentiation, treatment, outcome (prognosis), contraindications and caution for senile mental disorders. This standard applies to the diagnosis and treatment of senile mental disorders. This standard does not apply to the diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenia, depression, and anxiety disorders.
