Scope

This standard specifies the high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of naringenin, dendrobolol and erianin in dendrobium. This standard is applicable to the determination of naringenin, dendrobium phenol and erianin in fresh dendrobium strips and dried dendrobium products (Fengdou). The detection limit of this standard method is 0.10mg/kg; the quantitation limit is 0.30mg/kg.
