This standard specifies the definition, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of Cantonese-style thick soy sauce. This standard is applicable to the production, inspection and sales of Cantonese-style thick soy sauce products produced by high-salt dilute brewing process. It is not applicable to Cantonese-style thick soy sauce products produced by low-salt solid state brewing process.
