This document stipulates the requirements for grading and specific evaluation of electric vehicle charging station facilities, equipment and operation and maintenance management. It proposes on-site testing methods for the compliance of facilities in the station, especially the charging equipment. It also stipulates the requirements for the main facilities required in the station including supporting facilities. The facilities and the performance requirements they need to achieve are enumerated, classified and graded, and the operations and maintenance required to maintain the normal operation of the facilities and equipment and the different levels of effects they should achieve are defined. It has important guiding significance for operators to build and operate charging stations, and for car companies to guide users to choose charging stations of different levels. Safety and emergency are described in a dedicated chapter.
