Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, grades, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, labeling, transportation and storage of cabbage. This standard applies to the production and sale of cabbage sum, but does not apply to seaweed sprouts and special varieties of cabbage sum such as "Liao Geli" and "Zengcheng Chi Cai Xin".
