Scope

This standard specifies the definition of solid strains of edible fungi, production sites, plant settings and layouts, equipment and facilities, operating procedures, strain quality standards and labels, technical requirements, and storage and transportation requirements for the production of various edible fungi strains at all levels. This standard is applicable to the production of various solid strains of edible fungi (mother species, original species, and cultivated species).
