3.1 The raw material requirements should be mainly PVC resin, and a mixture composed of additives necessary to produce profiles that meet the requirements of this standard, in which the added amount of PVC resin should be ≧40%. It is allowed to use recycled materials from our factory that meet this standard. No other reprocessed materials may be used. 3.2 The surface of the appearance profile should be smooth, and no cracks, impurities and uneven defects that would affect its use are allowed. Profiles are generally white, and the color should be uniform and no obvious color difference is allowed. Other colors are agreed upon with the user. The ends of the profile should be clean and free of burrs. Profiles are allowed to have inconspicuous shrinkage marks caused by workmanship. 3.3 The length is determined by agreement between the supplier and the buyer. The length limit deviation is ±0.2% of the length. 3.4 Profile wall thickness Wall thickness ≧0.8mm
