Scope

This International Standard specifies a method for the determination of total alkane sulphonates content (mono- + di-) of technical alkane sulphonates containing small quantities of paraffins. It is applicable to all alkali metal salts of the products of sulphochlorination and sulphoxidation of paraffins.
