General Principles 4.1 The logistics and transportation system of the chemical industry park includes roads, railways, waterways, pipeline transportation systems and other transportation systems as well as dangerous goods logistics and warehousing. Logistics and transportation system planning should comply with the park's overall plan and detailed plan, and coordinate with industrial planning and other related special plans. 4.2 All elements of the logistics and transportation system of the chemical industry park should be coordinated, and should meet the conditions of production and life, public safety, fire emergency, health protection, environmental protection and other conditions as well as the closed management requirements of the park.
