(1) Standards related to patents mainly include patent holders or patent applicants, project proponents, all members of the working group, the alliance standard committee and all members, the alliance secretariat, units or individuals providing technical advice, and no Organizations or individuals involved in the formulation and revision of standards, and standard implementers. The standard stipulates the responsibilities that all relevant parties should perform in the process of standard formulation and revision. (2) Provisions are made on patent information disclosure materials, information disclosure, meeting requirements and document requirements. (3) The licensing requirements for patents are stipulated. (4) In the process of formulating and revising standards involving patents, the behavior of relevant parties is required at the stage where information disclosure or licensing is necessary. (5) Examples of forms that need to be filled in during the standard formulation and revision process are given.
