- In order to promote the application of new technologies and new materials in building energy-saving projects, improve the technical level of building energy-saving in our province, standardize the application of building reflective insulation coatings in our province, ensure the quality of the project, and achieve technological advancement, safety, reliability, economic and reasonable, we have formulated this regulation. This regulation is applicable to the design, construction and acceptance of exterior wall thermal insulation projects for newly built, expanded and renovated civil buildings using architectural reflective insulation coatings within Anhui Province. Industrial buildings may be implemented as a reference. In addition to complying with this regulation, the application of architectural reflective insulation coatings should also comply with relevant national, industry and Anhui Province standards and regulations.
