Scope

This standard specifies the system architecture and reference model, physical layer (PHY) and data link layer (DLL) specifications for visible imaging communication (OCC) transceivers. This standard is applicable to OCC equipment based on the broadband customer network environment of the public telecommunication network, and the private telecommunication network can also be used by reference.
