Using adipic acid as the internal standard substance, 10% (volume fraction) sulfuric acid-methanol solution was used to perform methyl esterification reaction on the free fatty acids in tea leaves at room temperature (around 25°C), and dichloromethane was used to extract the methyl esterification product. The free fatty acid content in the extract was determined using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detector.
