Scope

This standard specifies the cross-sectional shape, cross-sectional dimensions, weight and allowable deviations, length and allowable deviations, appearance, etc. of forged steel bars (round steel, square steel, flat steel). This standard applies to forged round steel with a diameter of 40mm~1000mm, forged square steel with a side length of 40mm-1000mm, and flat steel with a thickness of 20mm-800mm and a width of 40mm-1500mm.
