Scope: This document stipulates the requirements for the quality management system of flange forging enterprises, and adds specific requirements for the quality management system of flange forging enterprises on the basis of the GB/T 19001-2016 standard. This document is suitable for flange forging enterprises to establish, implement and continuously improve the quality management system. It can also be used by certification agencies as the basis for auditing the quality management system of flange forging enterprises. Note 1: The term “flange forging enterprises” in this document refers to enterprises that use hot forging (including rolling) to produce steel forged flanges, forged pipe fittings, and wind turbine tower flanges. Note 2: The production process of flange forging enterprises is referred to as flange forging in this document. When the difference between flanges and forgings is not emphasized, the process products and end products are collectively referred to as flange forgings in this document, and the intermediate products are called flange forgings. Except for "blank" ones.
