This document establishes the environmental supervision procedures for soil remediation of construction land in Guangdong Province, and stipulates the environmental supervision operational guidelines for construction preparation, construction process, and effect evaluation of soil remediation of construction land. This document is applicable to the environmental supervision of soil remediation for construction land in Guangdong Province. This document does not apply to environmental supervision of soil remediation of construction land contaminated by radioactive contamination and pathogenic biological contamination.
