Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of edible corn modified starch. This standard applies to edible corn modified starch produced from corn starch as raw material through wet process, including esterification, etherification, acidification, oxidation, cross-linking, compounding and other reactions.
