- This standard specifies the remanufacturability testing and evaluation, remanufacturing plan formulation, remanufacturing design, disassembly and cleaning, parts testing and evaluation, remanufacturing and processing, and remanufacturing assembly of full-section tunnel boring machine reducers (hereinafter referred to as reducers). and debugging, acceptance, marking and storage, safety and environmental protection requirements. This standard applies to scrap/old reducers that meet the following conditions: ——The maximum speed of the high-speed shaft does not exceed 2500r/min; ——The gear linear speed does not exceed 20ｍ/ｓ; ——The working environment temperature is -40℃~ +45℃.
