- This document establishes the beef traceability procedure, stipulates the determination of beef traceability objectives, accuracy and scope, traceability code assignment and coding rules, traceability information collection and input, traceability code and information association, traceability code reading and decoding, etc. The corresponding verification method is described. This document is applicable to the relevant technical operations traceable in the process of beef cattle feeding, trading, slaughtering, split packaging, transportation and product sales.
