Scope

This standard specifies the evaluation project personnel composition, evaluation preparation, evaluation elements and content, evaluation unit division, evaluation method selection and evaluation report preparation requirements for the safety status evaluation of hazardous chemicals units. This standard applies to the safety status evaluation of hazardous chemicals production, storage, use and units that store and operate hazardous chemicals.
