- This standard specifies the inspection and assessment methods for three types of thermal deformation of CNC machining centers: ambient temperature changes, spindle rotation and linear axis movement. This standard is suitable for testing the circular hysteresis, circular deviation and radius deviation parameters of the circular trajectory generated by the linkage of two linear axes. The thermal deformation test caused by the movement of the linear axis is only applicable to CNC machine tools.
