- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and nomenclature, technical requirements, test methods, product inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, storage, and instructions for use of high-power self-ballasted fluorescent lamps. This standard applies to high-power self-ballasted fluorescent lamps for general lighting (hereinafter referred to as "lamps") with a rated voltage of 220V, a frequency of 50Hz, a nominal power of 61W to 300W, and a B22, E27, and E40 lamp base.
