- This standard applies to pressure piping in refrigeration devices using ammonia as the medium. Periodic inspections of pressure pipelines in refrigeration devices with other media may refer to this standard. This standard does not apply to evaporation pipes, other forms of evaporation or cold exchange equipment, and pipes within the scope of the equipment body installed in cooling rooms, freezing rooms, refrigeration rooms, ice rooms and other cold rooms.
