Scope
AIMThe aim of this agreement is to establish minimum crash@ fire and rescue (CFR) core competency levels for all NATO fire officers and fire fighters; and to standardize and implement minimum requirements for fire fighter training on aircraft emergency egress@ aircrew emergency extraction@ and live aircraft crash fires. The goal is to ensure fire fighters supporting the NATO mission have a common core of experience and the proficiency of skills necessary to protect personnel@ aircraft@ munitions@ mission essential facilities@ and other resources from the threat of fire.
