This standard applies to the determination of moisture in tea. This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO1573-1980 "Determination of mass loss of tea at 103°C". Under normal pressure, the mass loss when tea is heated to constant weight at a temperature of about 100°C is customarily called moisture.
