- This standard replaces GB/T 19855-2015 Mooncakes. This document gives the product classification of mooncakes, and specifies the raw and auxiliary materials, crust and fillings, technical requirements, inspection rules, signs and labels, packaging, transportation and storage of mooncakes. The test method for mooncakes is described. This document applies to the production, inspection and sales of all products with the word "mooncake" in the food name.
