This document specifies the functions and service capabilities that research and development operations (DevOps) platforms and tools should have, covering the project management domain, application development domain, testing domain, operation and maintenance/operation domain and other application development and operation full life cycle capability sub-domains. At the same time, this document also puts forward corresponding requirements for the security capabilities of platforms and tools. This document classifies the capabilities of research and development operations (DevOps) platforms and related tools into basic, enhanced and advanced levels.
