- This document stipulates the basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, accompanying documents, order form content and quality commitment of cobalt tetroxide. This document applies to magnified cobalt tetroxide obtained by spray roasting of cobalt chloride solution, hereafter referred to as Type I. This document applies to energy-type cobalt tetraoxide obtained by reacting, calcining and refining cobalt sulfate solution and ammonium bicarbonate, hereafter referred to as Type II.
