The "Regulations" comprehensively consider the current situation of building energy management in our country. In view of the lack of relevant normative requirements in the current public building energy management work and the unclear requirements and work content in the operation management process, a complete building equipment energy management system has been formulated. The management standard system provides data support for the country to understand the progress of building energy consumption and formulate reasonable relevant building energy conservation management policies and standards.
