- This standard specifies the ultrahigh liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of olaquinedox and methaquine in traditional Chinese veterinary medicine powders. This standard is applicable to the determination of olaquinol and methaquine in traditional Chinese veterinary medicine powders. The detection limits of olaquine and methaquine in this method are both 50 mg/kg, and the quantification limits are both 100 mg/kg.
