This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and markings of N,N'-(2,4/2,6-diisobutyl)-3,5 diethyltoluenedimide (hereinafter referred to as 401) , packaging, transportation, storage and other contents. This standard applies to compound products prepared by the reaction of 3,5-diethyl-2,4/2,6-diaminotoluene and isobutyraldehyde. The products are mainly used in one-component moisture-curing polyurethane coating systems and two-component polyurethane products.
