Scope
This standard stipulates the quarantine measures during the production process of mulberry seedlings, including quarantine management of the mother plant of the scion in the nursery, and quarantine inspection out of the nursery. This regulation applies to scientific research, teaching, production units and farmers in Anhui Province and other provinces stationed in Anhui to propagate mulberry seedlings that meet the plant quarantine requirements of our province.
