This document specifies the terms and definitions, dimensions, materials, preparation, marking, usage and certification of concave curved oblique incidence test blocks. This document is applicable to the precise positioning of the horizontal, vertical and sound path of oblique incident ultrasonic flaw detection in the circumferential direction of the inner hole surface of hollow forgings, pipes or rods. This document provides a method for circumferential oblique detection of the angle, sound velocity and zero point calibration of concave surface forgings on the inner hole surface.
