- This standard specifies the freeze concentration/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) in indoor air, ambient air, unorganized emission gases at factory boundaries, and exhaust gases from fixed pollution sources (fixed pollution sources with temperatures below 150°C). This standard is applicable to the determination of 61 volatile organic compounds in indoor air, ambient air and stationary pollution source exhaust gas (stationary pollution sources with a temperature below 150°C) and the calculation of the total amount of total volatile organic compounds (TVOC). If other volatile organic compounds pass For method verification, this standard can also be used for determination.
