Scope

This document stipulates the overall requirements for urban sewage treatment plants to treat overflow sewage, the determination of facilities and treatment scale requirements, the selection and technical design of treatment processes, as well as monitoring, management and maintenance. This document applies to the construction and management of overflow sewage treatment facilities in urban sewage treatment plants.
