This standard specifies the design and construction requirements for solar photovoltaic power plants. This standard applies to newly built, renovated and expanded ground photovoltaic power stations and rooftop photovoltaic power stations. Rooftop photovoltaic power stations in this standard do not include building-integrated photovoltaic systems (BIPV).
