Scope

This document specifies the noise control design requirements for coal-fired power plants in the feasibility study, preliminary design, and construction drawing design stages. This document is applicable to the noise control design of new construction, reconstruction and expansion of coal-fired power plants. Gas, biomass and waste power plants can be implemented as a reference.
