Scope

This document stipulates the types and scope of energy measurement for integrated circuit manufacturing enterprises and display device manufacturing enterprises in the electronic device manufacturing industry, the principles for the allocation of energy measurement instruments, the allocation requirements for energy measurement instruments, the management requirements for energy measurement, and the data requirements for energy measurement. This document applies to the allocation and management of energy measurement instruments for integrated circuit manufacturing and display device manufacturing enterprises in the electronic device manufacturing industry, and other enterprises in the electronic device manufacturing industry can refer to it for implementation.
