Scope
The indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) method is used to coat the microwell strip with conjugated antigen. The residual carbofuran in the sample competes with the conjugated antigen on the enzyme plate for the carbofuran antibody, and enzyme-labeled After the antibody, the chromogenic reagent develops the color, and the stop solution terminates the reaction. Use a microplate reader to measure the absorbance at 450nm. The absorbance value is negatively correlated with the carbofuran residue. Compare it with the standard curve and multiply it by its corresponding dilution factor to get the carbofuran residual content.
